Skill Development
Skill Development is one of the key services we provide. We do multiple services like child protection, health, humanitarian etc for saving or rescuing the victim / needy but the important thing is if we do not provide them any skill through which they can stand on their own and should not suffer like past then the meaning of saving goes for vain.
Skill Development is very important requirement in this growing world. In India, where the population is very high and approx. 30% population is youth. However, if we see the education opportunity in proportion to the growing population is very low. There could be many reasons like poverty, unawareness, ignorance or any other but the major section of youth are uneducated and unemployed which is rising the percentage of cases where young people are going wrong ways like smuggling, drugs, fights, stealing, killing and many illegal activities which is spoiling their bright career.
Skill development gives a platform to young / old to learn new things, to be independent and to live a happy life.
What are the obstacles for Skill Development Training we face?
As Skill Development Program which we provide would be free and interesting, many youth between the age of 18 – 39 come forward to learn and do something on their own. However to providing these trainings one of the major issues would be of financial crisis. We need a good infrastructure, eligible faculties / trainers, Equipment like Computers, hardware, production places, manufacturing units, raw materials etc and for which we need to keep things in surplus or else we cannot train the people.
Secondly, post Skill Development we need to place them in various industries / companies for which we have a Job Placement Team which dedicatedly work for this responsibility only. To bare their expenses of meeting companies / organizations and for their support, we always come across financial crunch.
How our NGO is helping youth / rescued people through Skill Development?
We Parivartan Sewa Sansthan always come out with latest and innovative training methodology to implement in Skill Development Training Program which makes the training successful and fruitful. We make sure that during our skill development training, candidates are growing not only mentally but physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually (whatever religion they follow accordingly).
